Mental health is a very sensible topic. Society sees mental- and physical health as two separated “issues”. However, they are closely related.
When negativity takes over my mind, my body reacts. As a result, I’m feeling weak and full of pain.
At such times I try to listen to my brain and take a little “me-time”. Even the basic things in life, like taking a bath, make me feel better at these moments. The hot water on my skin reduces the pain inside. Though these “little things'' are different for everybody.
